Welcome

The Brasserie at The National Maritime Museum will now be open from 10am – 5pm 7 days a week.

In 2011, exactly 127 years after the Prime Meridian of the World was established, our new Brasserie opened at the National Maritime Museum.

The Brasserie marries the best of contemporary British cuisine with a celebration of the unique heritage of this prestigious site. With superb views over the beautiful Greenwich Park from our restaurant and terrace, you can dine with us anytime whether visiting the Museum or not.

Together with the National Maritime Museum we are passionate about the quality, the sustainability, and the provenance of our food as well as delivering a memorable flavour experience. We support Fair Trade and organic as much as we can.

Greenwich is one of London’s most walkable districts — museum mornings, park strolls, then lunch overlooking Greenwich Park. Private hires and celebration tables here often bring family in from across SE3 and SE10; the meal is the easy part, while someone still has catering crates, gift boxes, or leftover packaging to move between home and the museum quarter the same day.

Locals and visitors alike sometimes need that little logistics help: shifting catering kit for a private hire, collecting bulky packaging after a house move nearby, or ferrying supplies before a celebration. When that happens, a reliable Greenwich man and van service is a practical neighbourhood option, so you can get back to the table rather than wrestling with a hire van.
